Changing your account username (email address)

If you do not have access to your organisations customer account username, please read the below article.

If you are unable to access the mailbox set as the username of your account, we will need official approval for security purposes.


1. Send our support team a signed PDF letter with your company letterhead. Ideally this will be sent from an organisational email address under a domain in your account, or a credentialed WHOIS contact address.

2. Our support team will verify and authorise the username update, then change this on your behalf.

3. We will send a new password to the new username so you can access the account.
